Delete your account

You can delete your Moles account at any time. It takes a minute and can't be undone.

In the app or on the website

1. Sign in, then open Settings.
2. Scroll to Delete account.
3. Confirm with your password, or by typing “delete” if you sign in with Google.

If you can't sign in

Email [email protected] from the address on the account, or tell us the username. We delete it and confirm by email, usually within a few days. You don't need an account to ask. A parent or guardian can ask on a child's behalf the same way.

What gets deleted

Your account and everything tied to it: your profile, username, friends and friend requests, your group memberships, lessons you made or saved, ratings, chat reports you sent, XP, streaks and game history. It's removed from our database, not just hidden. A group you own passes to another member, or is deleted if you were its only member.

What isn't

Games played as a guest were never tied to an account. A teacher's class board keeps the first names from a class for 30 days, then deletes them. More detail is on Privacy & Legal.
