Something isn't working

Tell us what you were doing and what happened. If you have a room code, the course name, or the reference number from an error screen, include it — that makes it much easier to track down.

Using Moles with a class

Class Mode lets one teacher run a whole class: students join with a single code, get split into small games, and you watch every room from one screen. Email us with your class size and subject and we'll help you set it up.

Your account and data

You can export or delete your account yourself in Settings. What we store, and how long we keep it, is in Privacy & Legal. Email us if you have a question that isn't answered there.
